I feel like LC1 would be a bit harder to pull off since that ones a bit more ethereal. Alison definitely loses grip on reality while demon magic does its work, as shown by the background getting more and more abstract.
The real problem with LC1 is that there's a lot of panel breaking with characters overlapping and big gutters between the panels. So there's not a lot of places to pull a clean frame to inference on. I thought about trying a vertical video instead of horizontal but the panels kind of alternate between the two.

I tried the scenes from Deep Breath and had difficulty getting good results on the transformation. The sex scenes seem to work well with the available LoRAs, so there's definitely potential.

I love the look on his/her face as they gaze upon the already sizable breasts on his/her chest while they balloon even larger into their final super-busty cup-size -- with prominent nipples/aereolas poking thru his/her top announcing full-on just how undeniably and inescapably feminine their body had become
I suspect with the way that the body guard almost looked like he was caressing the protagonist's chest and abdomen in the early stages of his/her transformation that he knew what was going on and was helping the magic do its work on his/her body -- kinda like rubbing the lamp to get the genie to come out!
