I love how the insignia leaves so little doubt as to her main purpose. From her body language, it seems like she may warm up to "raising crew morale" in ways she hadn't expected. I'd love to see her explore and embrace her new role.
Alison's eyes and facial expression in this animation defy understanding in the same way the Mona Lisa does. Is she blankly staring at her freshly grown tits just after being led off by a male, fresh post-transformation? Or is she just staring at the ground thinking about any normal daily task while her new, but adapted-to body now walks in it's natural gait? The world shall forever debate.

I agree! Separating the two elements and a few more frames on the arm, and the computer should easily be able to figure out the remainder.

I agree, layering and separating the background and foreground will definingly help! That way the computer isn't trying to figure out the difference between the two. Between that and some frames with the arm, I think you'd have just what you're looking for!

Color test for the big animation. Monochrome palette so it works with just a flat color for the body and one layer of shading, then if I have time I can go back add the detail colors, rim light, glow effects, colored lines, etc.

...and also love hearing the pitch of their voice change to a definitely feminine one from one that sounds immature male!! Them hearing their voice so drastically change so quickly must come as an additional psychological shock to their sense of self-identity on top of the trauma that they're experiencing from their physical transformation!!
I love that menacingly beastly snarl of the unseen demon lurking in the shadows, perhaps themself taking shape as the conjuring ceremony draws them forth into our hapless protagonist's realm!!
I also love the bone and joint-cracking sounds indicating the physical discomfort and pain and psychological shock that they're experiencing as their body rather violently changes gender against their will, preparing them for the deflowering that they're about to experience/endure, completely and utterly powerless to resist the carnal lust of the demon to whom they're about to be sexually sacrificed to!!
