I use photoshop for drawing and animating. It's not exactly brilliant but I haven't found any viable alternatives.
Perhaps Pencil? (http://www.pencil-animation.org). Not trying to tell you how to do things (you're doing great stuff here). Just thought it might help make things easier for you. (I know Photoshop can be tough to use for animating.)

I love how this differs from some of your others in terms of subjects. The penis is larger and therefore the strokes are shorter. Also unlike some others the cheek muscles al stay taught. I also think that the movement of the eyes portrays a sense of struggle with the "mission" at hand that others do not show which seems appropriate considering the girth drawn.

I think we're going to see low budget anime that does CGI characters with AI filtering pretty soon. It'll probably look better than cheap CGI.

I added the grain effect in editing. It helps to cover up some of the color stabilization issues and I thought it suited the look of the scene. And the process is much more like film directing than traditional animation, since I run batches at night then go through the "dailies" until I collect enough good shots to stitch together into a scene.
The sound and smooth flowing animation and how well it loops is way too good.

It's 4 cycles. I've figured out a technique for finding a good overlap point and then crossfading it with RIFE to make a seamless loop. I also made a script that will stabilize the colors on each frame, because the AI throws in a rainbow drift sometimes.

Interesting effects designed into the underlying drawings of course, but the animation really handles the water well, which is actually kind of surprising, given all the moving parts.
