A lot of the collar pics have some element of defiance in her expression or action, where this does not.
I don't know why, but she seems more objectified in this picture than when she's naked with the collar. Maybe it's the eyes?

Would be nice if this was a comic, male warrior tries to become stronger by taking potion but turns to a female.
The choice to keep Allison short-haired reminds the audience that she once was male (even though her short-haired 'do has a decidedly girlish look to it)and was forcibly changed into a female to become the sex slave she now is for the demons she now serves.
Clearly: Magic! No other force on earth could make a person change so fast. (Short of the brain transplant shown elsewhere)
I like the short hair. I agree with the poster above that I prefer long hair on a girl. But if you carry over the TG theme from the sister image I think the short hair fits better.
For me hair style is a bit along the line of clothes. If somebody were to change gender why would their clothes or hair style change? Over time yes, but those things are sort of separate from biology.

I really, REALLY love your art work and style. Infact I envy it over my realism. I do have to say I have never liked girls with short hair, I have been a huge long haired girl kind of guy, but this... Your art really makes me think twice :) again, thank you for your beautiful art.

There's a little skip in the eyes and teeth on this one. That may be an attempt to depict movement, but it might also be a slow software thing that causes pixilation a bit. Still an improvement over the early animations, though.
These are steadily improving; the breasts and hair both look very natural in this animation, much better than some of the earlier tries (and to be clear, I blame the software, much more than the artist, here).
I'd be willing to chip in and pay if you were to make a sequel to this.
I tried but the AI just isn't up to it. The X-ray is definitely out, but even without it, stable diffusion has problems with two different people in the same scene, even more problems if they're touching or overlapping. It works best on landscapes and solo pinup poses.

I've run a bunch of different experiments on page 4 and 5 and not had much luck. It doesn't understand the puffed out cheeks, it can't match the opacity of the smoke, it cooks the colors, it generates amateur or gross looking animation, all sorts of issues. It tends to like darker colors and more detail, but I tried running the middle panel through stable diffusion and making it a photo realistic person, and I still couldn't get good movement - something about the angle maybe.

Interesting effects designed into the underlying drawings of course, but the animation really handles the water well, which is actually kind of surprising, given all the moving parts.
I wonder how this particular page would look using the AI techniques you did on that Dark Altar page! You're doing amazing work with all of those!
